IMAGO is about a young woman investigating the disappearance of her brother. Inside his seemingly-normal apartment, she finds the past, present, and future colliding within an alternate dimension - and with reality slowly transforming into a seething Lovecraftian nightmare, she only has so much time to solve the mystery of what has happened in this dark place and somehow escape with her life.
The film stars Natalie Jones (Walking Distance), Lisa Wilcox (A Nightmare on Elm Street 4 and 5), Danielle Jones (Sweatshop), Melanie Donihoo (Closet Space), Parrish Randall (The Quick and the Undead), and Debbie Rochon (Nowhere Man). It is directed by newcomer Chris Warren and produced by Mel House's Upstart Filmworks, with a screenplay by Warren and House. It is associate produced by Ted Geoghegan (Barricade) and musician Jonah Matranga.
It is currently filming in Houston, Texas.
The exclusive still below features the remains of someone unlucky enough to venture onto the other side. Also attached is the very first behind-the-scenes still from IMAGO, featuring a bloodied Danielle Jones. It was recently revealed on the film's Facebook's page.
