JENNIFER'S BODY "Red-Band" Trailer!

Shock Till You Drop.com just debuted an exclusive first look at the "red-band" trailer for the Diablo Cody scripted, Megan Fox starring JENNIFER'S BODY. Of note, there's a green-band "studio" trailer debuting before prints of BRUNO when it opens this Friday, but the filmmakers would prefer you watch this one, which better represents the tone of the movie. Here's their note to Shock:

"Fox is putting a trailer of JENNIFER'S BODY in front of BRUNO this Friday. Great, right? Only problem is it's not our trailer. It's kind of a straight horror preview and while we're sure it'll appeal to many of you, we wanted to make sure you guys got to see our cut... Lets call it the "filmmaker's cut". We think it captures the comedy and scares of the horror films we grew up on - a kind of nostalgia for when horror films were fun. Can't wait to show you the whole film... In the meantime, here's the red band trailer we wanted our fans to see.

JENNIFER'S BODY hits theaters on September 18th, 2009. The flick stars TRANSFORMERS: REVENGE OF THE FALLEN uber-babe Megan Fox as the title character, as well as Amanda Seyfried, Adam Brody, J.K. Simmons, Kyle Gallner (SMALLVILLE's "The Flash") & Lance Henriksen. JENNIFER'S BODY was directed by Karyn Kusama from a script by Diablo Cody (writer of JUNO). Synopsis and (familiar) poster below! (HOT!)

Synopsis: When a gorgeous cheerleader is possessed by a demon and starts feeding off the boys in a small Minnesota farming town, her "plain Jane" best friend must kill her, then escape from a correctional facility to go after the Satan-worshipping rock band responsible for the horrible transformation.

I probably will NOT go see this movie. I adore Kyle Gallner but I know as fact that he's only going to be in like eight minutes of this movie. That's like a freakin cameo. I'll wait for him in Nightmare on Elmstreet. He stars in that.
