USA Today has revealed several pictures from Tim Burton's upcoming ALICE IN WONDERLAND, along with interactive tours of the world within the film. (Pretty cool, you have to see it for yourself!) The publication spoke with producer Richard Zanuck about Burton's re-interpretation of Lewis Carroll classic.

"It has been Burton-ized," says Zanuck. "We finished shooting in December after only 40 days." And now the live elements are being merged with CG animation motion-capture creatures later to be converted to 3D. Linda Woolverton provided the script for this version, which also stars Alan Rickman (as Caterpillar), legendary Christopher Lee (as Jabberwock), Helena Bonham Carter (as the Red Queen), Anne Hathaway (as the White Queen), Mia Wasikowska as Alice and of course, Johnny Depp as The Mad Hatter. This looks a little on the scary side (which I love since I miss scary children's movies), but Zanuck assures readers that kids can handle it. "The book itself is pretty dark. This is for little people and people who read it when they were little 50 years ago." More when we hear it!
