The first season of TRUE BLOOD is now on DVD and Blu-Ray and with the season 2 set to premiere on June 14th, HBO has released a slew of character posters to Access Hollywood. They feature Anna Paquin, Stephen Moyer, Alexander Skargard, Michelle Forbes, Rutina Wesley, Ryan Kwanten and Sam Trammell. Check them all out below! Season 1 is now on DVD & Blu-Ray. TRUE BLOOD chronicles the backwoods Louisiana town of Bon Temps... where vampires have emerged from the coffin, and no longer need humans for their fix. Sookie Stackhouse (Anna Paquin, Academy Award-winner for "The Piano") works as a waitress at the rural bar Merlotte's. Though outwardly a typical young woman, she keeps a dangerous secret: she has the ability to hear the thoughts of others.

The cast also includes Ryan Kwanten as Sookie's brother Jason, Rutina Wesley as her best friend Tara Thornton, Sam Trammell as Sookie's good-hearted boss Sam Merlotte and Nelsan Ellis as Lafayette Reynolds, a cook at Merlotte's.
