ALIEN Prequel Confirmed!
A few days back, we were reporting that B-D got a tip that Fox was planning a "remake/reboot" of their ALIEN franchise. Now, Collider.com got confirmation from Tony Scott, one of the producers on board. The upcoming ALIEN movie will be a prequel to Ridley Scott's original. (And thankfully NOT a remake) Carl Erik Rinsch is directing with Michael Costigan, Ridley Scott and Tony Scott producing. Rumor has it it will feature only one ALIEN ala the original film. SlashFilm.com has compiled an awesome article with several of Rinsch's commercials. Check them out HERE! More when we hear it!

It could be good if there's no humans in the movie.
The only possibility for a good script is the story about the lost spaceship and the two different kind of aliens inside.
Was this spaceship transporting eggs?
Or is that planet the planet where Aliens live?
Who were the other aliens that were driving a spaceship?
So I think there can't be humans in this movie.
NO HUMANS, PLEASE !
And of course NO SIGOURNEY anywhere, please!
She should be 30 years younger! It just can't be done with her.

I agree with the comment above having a no human story. It would terribly original to go on that tact rather than just have some poor unfortunate human space travellers getting shredded by an Alien. You know how it would have to end with most if not all of them dying but a hint of the creatures getting back to Earth so they can send the Nostromo to find it.
