Last week, tons of friends, family and fans gathered at the Egyptian Theater in Hollywood to pay tribute to the late, great Forrest J Ackerman, whom we all knew, loved and grew up with via the pages of FAMOUS MONSTERS OF FILMLAND magazine. Guests on hand speaking at the event included filmmakers John Landis, Joe Dante, Guillermo Del Toro, the legendary Ray Bradbury, creature creator (and Oscar winner) Rick Baker and many, many more. Icons own Tim Sullivan hosted the event.
