From the official SWEATSHOP My Space page: Sweatshop: Hide and Shriek is a seven-page comic book tie-in to the upcoming horror film Sweatshop. Its story was penned by the film's scribes, Stacy Davidson and Ted Geoghegan, with illustration and color by acclaimed artist Thomas Mason.
Hide and Shriek will initially be available exclusively to critics and distributors, and then appear on the conventions and film fest circuit. For those of you who don't fit into any of those categories, never fear: the comic will be included in its entirety on the Sweatshop's eventual DVD/Blu-Ray release.
Hide and Shriek follows the exploits of Brandi (ViVi Sterling), Ghost (Fernando Phagabeefy), and The Beast (Jeremy Sumrall); revealing what unexpected horrors occur to them only moments before the film opens.
Hide and Shriek's Thomas Mason has previously worked on Wolverine, Wetworks, and Freddy vs Jason vs Ash, among others. He recently completed work on the graphic novel Legendary.
Sweatshop: Hide and Shriek contains adult language, graphic violence, and nudity. It will not be available to readers under the age of 18 without the consent of a parent or guardian.
