Just in time for the release of the new FRIDAY THE 13TH, New Line has announced they will be releasing the "JASON SLASHER COLLECTION" DVD boxed set on February 3rd, 2009. The set includes the New Line Jason movies - JASON GOES TO HELL: THE FINAL FRIDAY, JASON X and FREDDY VS. JASON. The boxed set will also include a $5 off coupon for the new flick which hits theaters on Friday February 13th, 2009. Rumor has it Paramount is readying a boxed set of the first 3 FRIDAY THE 13TH films for release around the same time, but no confirmation on that yet. We'll keep you posted.
