SCREAM FACTORY ANNOUNCES BLU-RAY AND DVD RELEASE OF THE BATTERY!

This Thursday afternoon just got a whole lot more exciting.  Everyone knows that Scream Factory is already the cat’s pajamas when it comes to releasing the best of the best in terms of DVD and Blu-Ray releases, but today they’ve truly outdone themselves.  Jeremy Gardner’s indie smash hit THE BATTERY topped many end-of-year Top 10 lists, including a majority of Icons of Fright contributor lists. Today, Scream Factory has announced that they will be responsible for bringing THE BATTERY to the masses with a DVD and Blu-Ray release.  No other details have been released at this time (ie: artwork, street date, extras, etc) but you can guarantee Icons of Fright will spread the word as it becomes available.

A huge congratulations to Jeremy Gardner, cast, and crew; and a heartfelt thank-you to Scream Factory.  THE BATTERY is truly something special, and it’s incredible to know that more people will have the opportunity to experience this one in a lifetime flick.
