SILENT NIGHT Trailer Promises A Blood Red Christmas!

Anchor Bay has finally unwrapped the trailer for Steven C. Miller’s SILENT NIGHT, a loose remake of 1984’s Silent Night Deadly Night, and it looks like one hell of a naughty time! Check it out below!

I am absolutely loving the look of this, literally. The gel lighting cinematography looks terrific, and is definitely in tune with Miller’s love of 80’s slasher cinema. The flame-thrower weilding Santa looks menacing as hell, and if the trailer is any indication, there will be some seriously gory & inventive dispatches throughout. That’s more than enough to guarantee my ass in a seat!

SILENT NIGHT opens in limited theaters November 30th, and hits Blu-ray & DVD December 4th (read my report on that here!).

Synopsis: “McDowell and King star as a small-town sheriff and deputy on the hunt for a murderous Santa Claus terrorizing their community on Christmas Eve. But with the streets full of Santas for the annual Christmas parade, the killer is hiding in plain sight. He’s made his list, checked it twice, and the naughty are going to pay with their lives.”
