Tom Savini & Drew Daywalt Partnering For CHILDREN SHOULDN’T PLAY WITH DEAD THINGS Remake!

Fangoria just broke the exclusive news that they are partnering with Anchor Bay to remake the late Bob Clark’s (Black Christmas, Porky’s, A Christmas Story) 1972 zombie horror-comedy, CHILDREN SHOULDN’T PLAY WITH DEAD THINGS with gore FX master Tom Savini behind the camera from an script penned by filmmaker Drew Daywalt (Leprechaun’s Revenge)!

Taking the basic plot from Clark’s orginal, the plan is to up the ante, according to Savini, “I want to make something unique and interesting, and I also want to take zombies to a new level. With the new version of CHILDREN SHOULDN’T PLAY WITH DEAD THINGS, we want to make zombies scary again.” Count us in!
