POSTAL is insulting, irreverent, politically incorrect and funny as hell. Based on the disturbed and hit video game of the same name (currently banned in the United States), the movie follows two days in the life of Postal Dude in the regrettably named town of Paradise. Just when he thinks he has hit rock bottom, things go from bad to worse for our hero. After a humiliating job interview and a nearly lethal trip to the welfare office, Dude finds himself on the doorstep of his Uncle Dave looking for a break and maybe even a job. Despite being the successful leader of the town cult, Dave is also finding himself in difficulties and hatches an insidious plan to make the world sit up and take notice of him. What follows is an apocalyptic adventure that walks the fine line between showing how mad our world can be and not being afraid to laugh at the insanity of it all.
POSTAL stars Zack Ward (Freddy Vs. Jason), Dave Foley (The Kids In The Hall), Chris Coppola, Eric Avery, Verne Troyer, J.K. Simmons, and Seymour Cassel (Rushmore). Directed, produced, and co-written by Uwe Boll, the film is co-written by Bryan C. Knight, with cinematography by Mathias Neumann, scored by Jessica de Rooij, costume designs by Maria Livingstone, and production designs by Tink.
